The food here is healthy, good, local and organic, and the restaurant is proud to give its guests a tasty slice of Aurland and Fjord Norway; some of it is harvested from their own gardens and fields, some comes from farmers in the area, and last but not least, 29/2 is proud to have Norway's only fully organic agricultural school, Sogn Jord-og-Hagebruksskule (SJH), as its nearest neighbor. From here they get both green plants and two-legged sprouts: gardeners on their own farms.
29/2 the hotel serves a set 3-course menu daily at 19:00 in their restaurant ETE.
The menu changes daily with the "Taste of Aurland" concept. They use local and organic ingredients and organic *unroasted vegetables and fruit from our own garden in season.
It is possible to arrive before dinner if you want to enjoy a drink in the garden or in the lounge in the firehouse.
