Vossa Sushi - Take out

Chef Sérgio Lucas developed a passion for cooking from a young age and followed it by graduating from the Hospitality School of Coimbra in Portugal. Growing up, he was strongly influenced by his grandmother, a professional chef, and his mother, an excellent family chef, who taught him the importance of taste and presentation in food.

His culinary career began in 5-star hotels and a Michelin-starred restaurant in Portugal, where he honed his skills. In search of new experiences and challenges, he traveled to England and worked in fine dining for a year before finally settling in Norway, which he now proudly calls home.

In recent years, his love for sushi has blossomed and he has fallen in love with the combination of flavors found in Japanese cuisine. This fascination inspired him to learn the art of sushi making.
